These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, services, and website use.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or artwork issues.
As products are personalised specifically for the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure:

Print and embroidery quality depends on the quality of artwork supplied. Additional artwork preparation or digitising charges may apply.
Embroidery logos may require a one-time digitising/setup fee unless otherwise agreed.
Digitised embroidery files remain the property of Harefield Embroidery unless explicitly transferred in writing.
We make every effort to accurately display garment colours and print finishes.

Orders may require full payment before production begins unless a credit account has been agreed.

Due to the customised nature of embroidered and printed products, personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
