Personalised Products

Items made, embroidered, printed or personalised to customer requirements usually cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we have made an error.

If there is a fault or an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with the order reference and photos where helpful. We will review the issue and advise the next step.

Non-Personalised Items

Where a non-personalised item is eligible for return, it should be unused, in resaleable condition and returned within the agreed timeframe.

Return Costs

Return postage may be the customer responsibility unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.
